Returns

If you need to return a product, please contact us within a reasonable time of purchase. For large or bulky items that are difficult to return, we may arrange an inspection to assess the product in person. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty or has been damaged through misuse or accident. If a product is found to be without fault, we may seek reimbursement for any inspection or assessment costs incurred.

Repairs

Products returned for repair will be assessed and repaired within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to offer a replacement product or refund in lieu of repair.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Where a product has breached a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If an order is cancelled due to non-collection from our store, a partial refund will be issued less a cancellation fee of $100 + GST.
