Yes, we provide comprehensive delivery and assembly solutions tailored to your needs. The majority of our furniture arrives as premium flat pack, ready for assembly. We ship Australia-wide via trusted couriers (note: we do not ship overseas). For customers in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Ipswich, we offer professional assembly services to ensure your investment is perfectly set up in your outdoor space. During your consultation, we'll discuss all delivery and assembly options specific to your location and chosen products.

How long does delivery typically take? ↓

We pride ourselves on reliable delivery timeframes. For customers in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Ipswich, we offer a 7-day delivery guarantee for in-stock products. For all other areas within Queensland, delivery is generally 1-2 weeks from time of order for in-stock items. Interstate deliveries rely on our trusted courier and transport partners, with timeframes typically ranging from 1-3 weeks. For products that need to be ordered in, please speak with one of our sales consultants for specific timeframes during your consultation.

Can I pick up furniture directly from your warehouse? ↓

Absolutely! Our warehouse is conveniently located in Macgregor, less than 1km from our showroom. We aim to have the warehouse open 7 days a week for customer pick-ups. If you're planning to collect your furniture directly, please contact us in advance to coordinate timing and ensure your items are ready for collection.

What areas do you service? ↓

Based in Macgregor, our main customer base spans from Brisbane out to Ipswich, up to the Sunshine Coast, and down to Ballina. We also provide Australia-wide service with custom shipping quotes. Our expertise in outdoor living extends across these regions, and we understand the specific climate considerations for each area.

Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm

Our warehouse is also open 7 days a week for convenient product pick-ups.

We offer flexible payment solutions to suit your needs. We accept major credit cards, cash, EFTPOS, direct bank transfer, and PayID. For your convenience, we can process payments over the phone or in-store, and we're happy to send you an invoice for bank payment. We also offer layby options to help you secure your perfect outdoor living pieces.

Do you offer layby? ↓

Yes! We offer a generous 3-month no-fee layby service with flexible monthly or fortnightly payment options. This is perfect for customers who are building and don't want to miss out on their favourite furniture pieces. Please note that layby is not available on display model items, but applies to all our regular stock items.

How do I get to your showroom? ↓

Our showroom is conveniently located behind Baby Bunting, next door to Amart on Kessels Road, Macgregor. Due to recent overpass construction, here are the best routes:

From Ipswich Road: Head up Kessels Road to the top of the overpass at Mains & Kessels, go through the lights, and we're the second driveway on the left.

From Mt Gravatt Capalaba Road: Do a U-turn at the top of the overpass at Mains & Kessels, and we're the second driveway on the left.

From Mains or Klumpp Road: Turn onto Kessels Road and we're the second driveway on the left.

Alternative route: If you go through the underpass, take the Auto Barn/Pet Barn driveway and follow it up through the car parks to reach us.
